House Management Services may and may not include: 

• Weekly on-site walk-throughs of property 
• Coordinate and supervise repairs and renovations
• Appliance maintenance 
• HVAC maintenance 
• Main point of contact for housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the property is well-kept at all times
• Help with hiring new house staff 
• Special landscape requests 
• Coordinate with vendors to make sure house is always stocked 
• Assist with planned events 
• Make sure cars are clean and fully fuled
